Orocon Construction, LLC is a commercial general contractor based in Biloxi, Mississippi and works throughout the Gulf Coast Region. Licensed in the states of Mississippi, Florida, Alabama, Louisiana and Georgia, Orocon is a minority business enterprise and certified by the U.S. Small Business Administration as a Small Disadvantaged Business. Orocon is also certified by the Mississippi Development Authority, the Mississippi Department of Transportation, and the Arkansas-Mississippi Minority Supplier Development Council. Our graduation from the Small Business Administration's 8(a) program earned us valuable experience with the federal government while growing our capabilities as a whole and solidifying Orocon as a successful business for years to come.
