This project is a one-story facility located on previously undeveloped site in Wiggins, MS for Stone County School District, which included clearing, grubbing, grading, and seeding a 20-acre project site, as well as the installation of new site and building utilities and temporary storm water detention ponds. The 25,000 sq-ft building consisted of a slab on grade, single-level, pre-engineered metal building frame with metal stud framed exterior walls. The exterior finishes include brick and metal wall panels. The roof construction is a modified bitumen roof system over metal roof decking and a simple saver insulation system. Interior construction consisted of metal stud framing and some partial height CMU block. The CTE facility has classrooms for diversified agriculture, educator preparation, and health and science as well as a welding shop and culinary arts kitchen.

This project consists of renovations to the existing Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College, including some demolition and renovation of the existing buildings as well as construction of a new two-story facility.  The new STEM facility will include 30 classrooms, 15 laboratories, faculty offices, and tutor / study areas throughout the building.  Total new construction is approximately 90,000 SF.
Construction of the addition included concrete foundation on auger-cast piles, structural steel framing, light gauge metal framed walls and roof trusses. The addition as well as the existing building included windows and doors, finishes, laboratory casework, and new mechanical and electrical systems.

This project consists of upgrades to the Long Beach High School, including demolition of existing buildings, renovations of existing buildings, and construction of new buildings. New buildings will include classrooms, laboratories, administrative services, performing arts center, gymnasium, media center, etc. Total new construction is approximately 94,000 SF.
