CONCRETE FEATURED PROJECTS

Orocon worked as a major subcontractor for Killian Construction Co. on the Palace Casino Resort expansion project, providing a turnkey concrete package for a 110,000+ square foot expansion to the existing resort. Work on this project included all structural concrete foundations, columns, walls, slabs on grade and slabs on metal deck, as well as site concrete with over 75,000 sf of paving.

Orocon worked as a subcontractor to Baker Concrete, who is the prime concrete contractor on this $1 billion project. Work includes site paving and sidewalks, monumental stairs, slabs on metal deck, concrete underlayment, and significant patching and repairs of this historic structure.

Orocon was awarded the contract for the new construction of a 5,000 square foot radiation treatment facility for Biloxi Radiation Oncology, LLC located in Biloxi, Mississippi. Work on this project included a linear accelerator vault, CT scanner, treatment rooms, and offices. The accelerator vault required walls up to 7’6” thick and 6’ concrete ceilings.
